Der Charlottenborg Exterior Sessel wurde von Arne Jacobsen entworfen und besteht aus Alu-Rattan und ArtFibre-Materialien.

Alu-Rattan ist wetterfestes, pulverbeschichtetes Aluminium, und ArtFibre sind künstliche Fasern aus pflegeleichtem Polyethylen, das der UV-Strahlung der Sonne standhält. Dank der wetterfesten Materialien kann das Möbelstück das ganze Jahr über ohne Wartung im Freien stehen. Zusätzlich zum Aluminiumrahmen ist der Stuhl mit einer Sitzfläche aus Quick Dry Foam ausgestattet, die in vielen verschiedenen strapazierfähigen Stoffvarianten erhältlich ist, die in unserem dänischen Nähatelier gefertigt werden.

Wir bieten auch an, Kissen nach Kundenwunsch mit eigenem Stoff zu nähen – bitte kontaktieren Sie uns für Informationen zur Materialverwendung. Quick Dry Foam ist ein schnell trocknender Schaumstoff, der sich für den Außenbereich eignet. Der Schaumstoff wurde speziell als Outdoor-Schaum entwickelt und ermöglicht eine schnelle Wasserableitung sowie maximale Luftzirkulation für einen beschleunigten Trocknungsprozess. Aufgrund der wetterfesten Materialien kann der Stuhl ganzjährig genutzt werden. Die feinen Flechtarbeiten an Sitz und Rückenlehne werden von erfahrenen Korbflechtern auf einem Aluminiumrahmen ausgeführt.

I would echo what others have said: The nose bridge is made of hard plastic with two little bumps on each side (conceivably to snap the lens into the nose bridge) that very well may press into your nose, making the goggles uncomfortable to wear.
