Der Korpus aus langlebigem Buchenholz wurde aus einem einzigen Holzstück in zahlreichen Arbeitsschritten gefertigt. Hart im Nehmen und härter als Stahl ist das patentierte Mahlwerk aus Hochleistungskeramik. Es wird bei 1.700 C° gebrannt, ist verschleiß- und korrosionsfrei. Die Mühle zerkleinert Pfeffer, Salz und getrocknete Gewürze wie Senfkörner, Kümmel oder Anis – toll für Chutneys und Mixed Pickles. Clever: Den Mahlrad von ultrafein bis extragrob stellen Sie stufenlos am Boden der Mühle ein. So kann sich beim Nachfüllen nichts verschieben.
