Straps are included but not necessary. Do not try to put on right out of the shower. You also need to step into it to pull up. Do not try to pull it over your head. Perfect for under spaghetti string tops/tube tops. I am 135 lbs, 34DD or a 36D depends on bra. I bought a medium and it holds everything tight. I believe I could also go with a large at this weight to have a little less compression.

The V-neck is wide and hits at the perfect spot, not too high to be awkward looking but not so low that I'm flashing people at dinner. The fabric is light- medium weight.
