Das Gusseiserne Pfännchen von BBQ-Toro ist die ideale Ergänzung zu Ihrer Grillküche, beim Camping oder beim Barbecue. Das Gusspfännchen ist bereits eingebrannt und kann sofort genutzt werden. Backen oder Gratinieren Sie mit unserer Gusspfanne. Tipp: Richten Sie Ihre Speisen in dem Bratpfännchen an. Ihre Gäste werden begeistert sein.

Die Pfanne ist thermoresistent und deshalb bestens geeignet für Backofen und Grill. Sie können das Grillpfännchen auch direkt ins Feuer oder auf die heiße Glut stellen.

Die Gussschale wird direkt mit passendem Holzbrettchen und vier Edelstahl Dippschälchen geliefert.


Infos zum Einbrennen
Dieses Gusseisen Pfännchen von BBQ-Toro ist bereits eingebrannt und kann sofort genutzt werden. Falls ein erneutes Einbrennen nötig ist: Reinigen Sie hierfür das Pfännchen mit heißem Wasser. Reiben Sie dieses anschließend mit geschmacksneutralem, pflanzlichen Fett (z.B. Kokosfett) ein. Stellen Sie das Pfännchen kopfüber, eine Stunde bei 200 °C, in den Backofen (oder besser, draußen in einen heißen Kugelgrill). Verreiben Sie verbliebenes Fett. Fertig. Diese Behandlung regelmäßig wiederholen, damit sich die Poren füllen und das Pfännchen optimal vor Rost geschützt wird.

Infos zur Reinigung/Pflege
Für die Reinigung reicht heißes Wasser - gröbere Speisereste mit einer Bürste abschrubben. Benutzen Sie niemals Seife oder scharfe Reinigungsmittel. Diese zerstören die Fettschicht und das Pfännchen muss dann neu eingebrannt werden (siehe oben). Heben Sie in dem Pfännchen keine Speisereste auf. Entfernen Sie Asche umgehend nach der Benutzung, da dies sonst in Verbindung mit Feuchtigkeit Rost begünstigt.

Infos zur Aufbewahrung
Mit gutem Speiseöl einfetten und in Küchenpapier legen. So übersteht das Pfännchen auch längere Aufbewahrungszeiten spielend.

Quality pipes for a good price

This item is just as described. It is the pipe fitting portion of a 3 shelf unit. You must buy your shelving separately once the rails have been installed. Purchasing the pieces this way was much more cost-effective than separately buying each part from the hardware store, and all the pieces were clean and ready to be mounted unlike the pieces from the hardware store. It was moderately difficult to hang, since you are trying to keep everything very level. I imagine the distance between each rail will be a factor in how easy this is to level. The difficulty may have also stemmed from the fact that we were mounting it in a small toilet room and had little room to maneuver during the installation process. Still, it is a good product and we are considering purchasing a second one for another location in our home.

Not real Black Iron, but works just as well

First, these parts that I got were not real Black Iron pipes like you would pick up at a hardware store, they are like furniture grade tubes for an IKEA shelving system. The thread would fit 3/4 pipe from like HD, but they are not the same, I know this because I just bought some of the pipe and parts for a small shelf right before ordering this. I should have known from the price, the real stuff is kind of pricey, but nicer. The elbows and T-connectors as well as the flanges seem more like galvanized steel painted black. HOWEVER, the end product is pretty nice and very versatile as to where you would want to put it. It is still pretty sturdy, and if screwed into a stud, I believe it would hold a lot of weight. The entire shelving system is painted black, so unlike Black Iron, it will not stain your hands black when handling it. Putting this together took about 30 min, the longest part was adjusting angles and lengths to get it flat and squared, but was not hard at all. This kit does NOT come with shelf boards, so length of that is up to you. It also came with mounting screws, but they are thin and I would suggest as your getting boards for shelves, also pick up some beefier screws, U used #12 - 1 1/4" wood screws with the sleeves for drywall and a little longer for securing it into a stud. All in all, this black pipe shelf looks nice, is nice and will work out great, just know, it is not the real Black Iron pipes and parts you would get from a hardware store, but the threads would fit if you wanted to add to this. I only knocked down one star because of this, and if I am going to buy more of these, I would prefer the real stuff and not go with this one.
