Das Geschmacksprofil

  • Aroma: Sehr intensiv mit deutlichen Anklängen von geröstetem Brot (Toast), dunklen Nüssen und einer Spur von edlen Gewürzen.

  • Körper: Extrem körperreich. Das Mundgefühl ist schwer, fast ölig – ein "Kaffee zum Beißen".

  • Süße: Eine herbe Schokoladennote dominiert, die durch die Karamellisierung während der Röstung entsteht.
