Pro Stock bleiben nur wenige Trauben, um die optimale physiologische Reife zu erhalten. Nur die besten Chargen kommen dann aufgeteilt zu 50% in neue Barriquefässer und 50% 2. Füllungsfässer und reifen dann für 18 Monate. Erst nach dieser langen Reifephase werden alle Fässer ausgekostet und nur die besten werden für diesen Wein verschnitten.

The shelf is very flimsy and not sturdy at all. It feels unstable and poorly made. Definitely not worth the money, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money on this product.
