Worum geht es bei Mario Party Superstars Nintendo Switch? 

Mario Party Superstars ist der zwölfte Eintrag in der Mario Party Spiele Serie und somit das zweite Mario Party Spiel für die Switch. Mario Party Superstars ist eine Art Best-of der alten Mario Party Spiele. Insgesamt hast du damit Zugang zu fünf Karten aus den ersten drei der Mario Party Spiele und Zugang zu mehr als 100 Minispielen aus den ersten zehn der Mario Party Spiele Reihe. Bei Mario Party Superstars treten bis zu vier Spieler bei dem Party-Modus gegeneinander an. Dabei würfeln die Spieler nacheinander und bewegen sich auf Spielbrettern voran, um in einer vorher bestimmten Rundenanzahl so viele Münzen wie möglich zu sammeln. Es ist dir möglich, in Fünfer schritten zwischen 10 und 30 Runden zu wählen. Du erhältst Münzen, indem du auf die richtigen Flächen auf der Karte trittst oder durch das gewinnen von Minispielen am Ende jeder Runde. Dein Hauptziel ist es, so viele Sterne wie möglich zu sammeln, je 20 Münzen bekommst du einen Stern.

Die Ereignis- und Spezialfelder der fünf Spielbretter haben zum Teil kartenspezifische Eigenschaften. Ansonsten bekommst du auf den blauen Feldern drei Münzen und verlierst 3 Münzen auf den roten Feldern, auf den Glücksfeldern entscheidet der Zufall wie viele Münzen du erhältst. Zudem kannst du im Spiel mit deinen Münzen Vorteile für dich oder für Nachteile für deine Mitspieler erwerben. Neben dem Party-Modus gibt es auch den sogenannten Minispieleberg, dabei treten die Spieler in mehreren Minispielen gegeneinander an. Hierbei gewinnt derjenige oder das Team mit der größten Anzahl an Münzen.

Kann man Mario Party Superstars Nintendo Switch mit mehreren spielen?

Ja, um auf den vollen Spielspaß zu kommen, solltest du Mario Party Superstars unbedingt mit deinen Freunden und Familie spielen. Bis zu vier Spieler können auf einer Nintendo Switch offline gegeneinander spielen. Dafür benötigst du dann natürlich auch vier passende Kontroller. Es ist dir zudem auch möglich, zu dritt mit deinen Freunden gegen einen vierten Spieler anzutreten, um eine Partie mit insgesamt 4 Spielern zu erstellen. Du kannst auch alleine entweder ein Onlinespiel starten oder einem beitreten. Wenn du keinen Zugang zum Internet haben solltest, kannst du natürlich auch gegen die KI des Spiels antreten, bei dieser kannst du den Schwierigkeitsgrad nach deinem Wunsch einstellen. Falls du übers Internet dem Spiel eines Freundes beitrittst, kannst du die Nintendo Switch mobil App verwenden, um über Voice Chat miteinander zu reden.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Mario Party Superstars vs. Super Mario Party?

Mario Party Superstars besitzt im Gegensatz zu Super Mario Party 1 Spielkarte und 20 Minigames mehr. Die spielbaren Charaktere sind bei Superstars alle am Anfang schon freigeschaltet, bei Super Mario Party musst du diese mit deinem Spielfortschritt freischalten. Bei der Steuerung fehlt Mario Party Superstars die Bewegungskontrolle, bei Super Mario Party kannst du bei einigen Minigames deine Bewegungen mit der Bewegungskontrolle steuern. Mario Party Superstars ermöglicht es dir auch bei einer schlechten Internetverbindung dich wieder mit dem Onlinespiel verbinden. Wenn du bei Super Mario Party einmal die Verbindung verlierst, kannst du nicht wieder beitreten. Der wahrscheinlich wichtigste Unterschied ist aber, dass du bei Mario Party Superstars deine Spiele im Verlauf einer Partie abspeichern und an einem späteren Zeitpunkt dort weitermachen kannst, wo du aufgehört hast. Super Mario Party fehlt die Funktion zum Speichern.

I’m a little disappointed.

I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.

I don’t normally read books with pregnancy but going into this knowing she was pregnant made it more enjoyable for me. I loved Bishops devotion to her and her happiness. I also loved that Holt and Mercy couldn’t fight their attraction to her. I love scent matches so very much. I’m so curious to see how this duet will end up. The plot was engaging and the editing was was amazing (especially for a debut novel). Our FMC, Ara, is stuck in her gilded cage longing for a life outside of her small town. She uses her books to escape and live vicariously through the pages (honestly, relatable). After her father announces her betrothal to her childhood friend (to whom she has no romantic feelings for), Ara tumbles unknowingly into a desperate plot trying to stop the humans from slaughtering the Fae. As one can expect from an enemies to lovers / kidnapper/captive romance, Ara fights her attraction and lust towards our MMC, Rogue (the King of the Fae), for as long as she can. Upon seeing Ara for the first time, Rogue is instantly aware that she is his fated mate (not a spoiler). Since she is the General's only daughter, he plans to abduct her and use her as leverage to stop the brutality. During Ara's time in Rogue's captivity, their banter and chemistry continue to rise until they finally boil over and come together (quite literally, and many times I may add 😉). Here's what I LOVED: - Rogue continuously seeks advice from his elders and deeply respects their opinions and life experience and tries to implement their recommendations - Rogue makes many mistakes in the beginning but we see him actively work on not repeating them as the book progresses. The level of self-awareness and his ability to change his behavior was impressive - The magic system is intricate and we have only scraped the surface. As the series continues and Ara progresses in her powers, I'm sure we'll get to see more of this. I absolutely LOVE the messaging system that is used in this book. - Ara's struggles are so human and so raw. She is experiencing so much guilt and pain and hurt and getting to see her work through each of these emotions is inspiring. Especially as her and Rogue get closer and she learns she can lean on him as well, that she is not alone. - While this is the start of a series, there is NO cliffhanger! There's a bit of a teaser of something major that is going to happen at the start of the next book, but it's not a cliffhanger in the sense that we aren't sure if someone is going to live or d!e or if they'll be separated. For that, I am very thankful! This book was so much fun that I will definitely be returning to book 2, even if it takes several months (or longer since this is an debut author) to publish! - Lastly, the cover is GORGEOUS! And I love the title!
