Zielsetzung ist, dass ein Techniker innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach Eingang des Anrufs bei Ihnen vor Ort ist, um Ihr Epson Produkt zu instand zu setzen. Dieser Service umfasst den Austausch von bis zu einem Druckkopfsatz pro Jahr für die Dauer der Verlängerung, wenn der Druckkopf/die Druckköpfe ausfallen. Alle anderen Teile sind inbegriffen, mit Ausnahme von Verbrauchsteilen/Optionen (z. B. Einzugsrollen und Wartungstanks), die vom Endbenutzer erworben und eingebaut werden können. Cute and good product!
Only thing wrong was the bottom of the top tray had a gap between the side and the bottom and a small cosmetic damaged spot where the screw went through too far. Other than that, it is good for my purpose of a coffee cart for a dorm room. It’s really cute and bigger than I thought it would be.
